Data Wars in an RTS where you control your Team via "Deepgame" - an AI Voice Agent, powered by Deepgram. Have Deepgame construct buildings, produce units, and dispatch units on your behalf as you try to accumulate the most "Clicks" by sending Spam Bots to Transmission Towers before the natural resources in the world run out.

Made for Deepgram's GramJam 2026.

Tips

Tested/working on Linux/Windows/Mac with Chrome, and Linux/Windows with Firefox.

If the connection to Deepgram's Voice Agent seems to be broken, reconnect by pressing the "R" key.

Using the "M" key to mute and unmute can be useful if background noise is interfering with the Voice Agent. Sometimes the mute/unmute icon gets out of sync in the browser version due to some shenanigans.

Install instructions

Linux and Windows builds seemed to work out of the box. Mac also worked but only when executing from the Terminal via "Content/MacOS/Data Wars" (otherwise the OS refused to grant microphone permissions).
